We truly stand by our wines and want you to love every bottle. Our wine is made with no additives with the exception of minimal sulfites. For that reason, once opened, the wine should be consumed within two days.
Here’s what you need to know:
• All our wines, when stored at optimal conditions, should be consumed within four months of purchase.
• By law of the BC Liquor Distribution Branch, we can only replace wine or issue a gift card for purchases made within 30 days with valid proof of purchase.
• It is the BC Liquor Board policy to provide your name, contact information and reason codes on all returns.
• By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed.
• La Casa Bianca Winery shall not be held liable for any damage to property or person for wine that is corked, flawed or damaged by the purchaser.
• We are unable to accept returns of wines damaged due to adverse weather conditions, whether during shipment or your own transportation.
• We cannot accept returns for wines ordered in error.
• The bottle must be returned to us (in person or shipped), at least half full, with proof of purchase from La Casa Bianca Winery.
• We do not replace bottles purchased from any other liquor stores.
• We do not cover the cost to ship replacement or returned bottles.
• Once we receive and test the bottle, if it is defective we will issue a gift card less any shipping and handling.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
